Additional Notes: We treasure our customers and will do everything in our power to see you are satisfied with our product. To assure prompt handling of your order please read the following:

1. Send horseshoe in sturdy box or padded envelope.

2. Please clean shoe before mailing. If shoe has "special" dirt (like from the racetrack) and you want it left in place, let us know. We cannot gild such a shoe, but will lightly clear-coat shoe to help secure the dirt.

3. If ordering more than one plaque using your own horseshoes please be sure each shoe is plainly labeled with the name/message desired.

4. Affix adequate postage to box.

5. Seal box securely with tape approved by USPS (clear tape preferred)

6. Your plaque will be personalized and shipped as soon as possible; however please allow up to six weeks for delivery.

7. Plaque is recommended for indoor use. Please contact us if you want a plaque for outside display. An additional charge will apply.
