CONGRATULATIONS!!

You are on your way to having a striking memento of your best friend or a one-of-a-kind gift for that special occasion. Simply fill in the blanks below, mail your horse's shoe in the box provided (or let us provide the shoe), and it will be turned into a lovely plaque you will be proud to display in your home or stable.

We treasure our customers and will do everything in our power to see you are satisfied with our product. To assure prompt handling of your order please read the following:

1. Send horseshoe in the box provided. Shoes shipped in other containers will be assumed as not being prepaid. Remove outer labels before mailing.

2. Please clean shoe before mailing. If shoe has "special" dirt (like from the racetrack) and you want it left in place, let us know. We cannot gild such a shoe, but will lightly clear-coat shoe to help secure the dirt.

3. If you want additional plaques, you may send additional shoes in the box. Please include payment for each shoe sent (see enclosed brochure). Mark each shoe carefully and match with the name/message to be engraved.

4. If you want us to supply a horseshoe please be sure to indicate that in the comments area.

5. Affix adequate postage to box.

6. Seal box securely with tape approved by USPS (clear tape preferred)

7. Your plaque will be personalized and shipped as soon as possible; however please allow up to six weeks for delivery.

8.Plaque is recommended for indoor use. Please contact us if you want a plaque for outside display. An additional charge will apply.
